What I believe…

What I believe… as a person, a healing practioner and a spiritual being:

“Your beliefs become your thoughts.   Your thoughts become your words.
Your words become your actions.   Your actions become your habits……”   Mahatma Gandhi

“There is truth I find in these words as I look at my sometimes misconstrued understandings of what I thought I believed, and how those beliefs became my thoughts about myself and the world around me.  My thoughts not only became my words, they became my actions; and then, my actions became my habits.  Now, six decades later, I am moved through my own desires and needs as well as through circumstances unfamiliar to me, to change many of my habits, my actions, my out-dated constructs, erroneous beliefs and assumed illusions.  While being compassionate with myself, I shall in each given moment, rethink many of my preconditioned thoughts and words, and create my own destiny through new words, new thoughts and new actions.”

“My own reality and my own heart’s path will transmute, and by living fully in and through the present moment, I will seek to relinquish any undesirable ways of being, replacing them with authenticity, more compassion, joy and non-judgmental love.  With this change will come a greater understanding of what I believe to be is a fuller expression of my divine true nature.  This is the Divine within expressing more fully Herself.  This continuation of change will be the ‘me’ of my own making.  It will not be a ‘me’ who is the ‘me’ of someone else’s design.  Rather it will be a ‘me’ who stands in the light of her own creation; recognizing and honoring her own divine presence while recognizing the divine presence in others.  It will be a ‘me’, who, along with my inner loving Source, will co-create the world I want and desire for myself and feel will bring peace to many;  a world which will find its place in the heart of man.  This is the commitment I make to myself and to the world around me.  This is a commitment on-going; a commitment made with an open mind and expansive heart.  It is a commitment to be the best I can be for me, and by doing so, be the best I can be for the all of human consciousness.”
